Services
Black Horse Studio may provide photography, visual production, editing, public relations research, public opinion polling, survey development, audience research, media research, and related professional services.
Engagements
Individual engagements may be established through a quotation, proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work, invoice, or service agreement specifying scope, deliverables, pricing, deposit, schedule, usage rights, client responsibilities, cancellation terms, and approved third-party costs.
Payments
Clients agree to pay authorized charges according to the applicable engagement. Charges may include professional fees, production fees, research fees, retainers, deposits, approved expenses, and authorized third-party costs.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate information and timely materials, approvals, access, permissions, releases, and instructions reasonably required to perform contracted services.
Photography & Production
Creative outcomes can vary according to project requirements, locations, subjects, environmental conditions, client instructions, and other circumstances. Specific deliverables should be identified in the applicable agreement.
Research
Research findings reflect the methodology, respondents, sample, available information, and circumstances applicable to the engagement and do not guarantee future opinions, behavior, commercial performance, media outcomes, or other results.
Intellectual Property
Ownership, usage rights, licensing, reproduction rights, and permitted uses of photography and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable project agreement and governing law.
Third-Party Resources
Projects may involve studios, locations, contractors, equipment providers, technology platforms, data providers, or research platforms. Applicable responsibilities and expenses may be identified in the corresponding engagement.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable engagement terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Black Horse Studio, Inc will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the website or services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable mandatory law.
