Scope
This policy applies to eligible photography, visual production, public relations research, public opinion polling, survey development, analysis, and related professional services. Specific terms may also be established in a quotation, proposal, booking confirmation, statement of work, or service agreement.
Cancellations
Clients seeking to cancel a booking or professional engagement should contact paige.black@npgculture.us and provide their name, company, project or booking number, scheduled service date, and reason for cancellation.

Refunds

Completed Work
Fees attributable to completed photography, production, research, editing, consulting, or other professional work may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
Third-Party Expenses
A project may require client-authorized expenditures for locations, rentals, contractors, models, equipment, travel, data, research participants, software, production services, or other third-party resources. Once such an authorized expense has been incurred or becomes non-cancellable, it may be non-refundable where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.

Refund Processing
